and they knew what was going on at one level or the other we try to and it's it's worked really well there's always a downside to everything but we've we've did a lot of recruiting out of the entrepreneurship groups out of lincoln and out of ames and some of the other south dakota different colleges and we're looking for those people that are gritty we actually like people it's had some pain in their lives yeah we don't want to be the first place they've had to have a
