See, Strava is killing people.
You feel like social media has changed people's views on running as well because there's so many people out running now, which is a great thing, by the way, but so many people are out running and they're posting the half marathon times and the marathon times.
You think people are starting to, it almost looks easy and people are struggling when they can't get that time then, they just leave them running then.
I think as well, there is a positive impact as well, because even when you're not running and you're seeing people post them runs, I know from experience when you're injured and you're looking at people's runs, you're going, I can't wait to be back out there.
But there's the other side then, there's people getting off the sofa like you, doing a sub-three or a marathon, the four's going, and you're going, how the fuck can I not do that?
