So I used to, I used to deadlift.
I used to do all that.
And, um, I just, I can't do that anymore.
I tore my ACL seven years ago.
So once I had that repaired, I really couldn't do it anymore.
And at the end of the day, I'm 58.
I can't be deadlifting anymore.
My body just, I can't, but the Pilates really changed.
I could feel the change within my body.
And the thing that I find interesting about it is that it never stops getting hard.
And what I've noticed it's because I'm getting stronger and it's a different strength.
It's a completely different strength.
I go to a class where it's a reformer.
And the reformer is only moving because you're whether lifting from your core or you're lunging forward and it's not, it's really hard.
