Personally, I would say no, it probably wouldn't be suitable for the area.
But fair planning is where
You know, you look at your area, you consult with your community.
You know, did that person come and talk to you about what he's thinking of doing?
And, you know, for you to stand at your site and go, look, this is what I have.
If you do what you want to do, you're taking away this.
Can we come up with a different plan?
working together that the planners will come out and talk to you and consult with you because at the end of the day your view your view is not going to happen no but that's why i'm saying fair and proper planning like your view is amazing to you while you have the ability to get up in the morning and go to work and drive to your towns and drive to your appointments but like
When the day comes you're not able to do that, your view is not going to mean anything to you when there is no neighbours down the road to help as a community because that's what rural Ireland is based on.
It's based on community involvement.
It's about neighbours and it still exists.
It still exists.
And when you and national... Not you specifically, David, sorry.
But when national policy is about...
getting rid of that.
You are taking away something fundamental.
