And so what you have to do is figure out how can you take a tool like this, make it commercially available so it is a force for good, that it has the right governance and guardrails around it so it doesn't end up in bad hands.

But just like a hammer can help build a house, a hammer can also be used as a weapon.

So you can't blame the tool.
