Yeah, like never wanting to be on the stage.
You guys did a really interesting interview with Keaton Henson.
Yeah, Keaton Henson.
Henson, that's right, yeah.
And his music a few years ago was really important to me because I was going through a rough time and it really met me where I was.
and he you can't find any interviews or anything and then suddenly no top on your podcast yeah i know it's amazing and that was a beautiful conversation because he was everything i expected him to be and that was uh and that was a lovely conversation with you guys as well because that really um that re that really revealed a lot about my about my own experiences and actually like it was at the right time because my book was coming out and it was on these exact same themes if you know insecurity not quite feeling like you belong a bit of imposter phenomenon like and always never quite
fit you know every you feel everybody's so much better you're always comparing yourself with other people you've and you're in particularly as you elevate yourself higher you know the higher you go the higher you know the standard is and all the rest of it um so yeah it's it's definitely these feelings are definitely feelings that i tried to explore in the book because i think they're so um they're so widespread right now does everyone get it does everyone get these feelings um
I think so.
I think so.
I mean, some, some, some people are, you know, just have a bulletproof confidence that you don't know where it really comes from.
There's definitely some people who you can point to and say, yeah, there's a, there's a, there's just a, there's just a, a, a complete.
I may be overconfidence.
I don't know, but they just, they, you can just tell they just carry themselves through with no concerns, no worries, whatever.
Um, but yeah, most of us, I would say, uh, at some level, obviously it's a spectrum, right?
Some people are a lot higher.
Some people are a lot lower, mostly around the middle.
But most people have certain doubts and insecurities.
I don't know.
I feel like you guys are just more upfront about it, you know?
