In some ways, they're the most cutting pieces of feedback.
Because actually, the one star, when someone's tearing to pieces, they're telling on themselves a little bit.
And you can find that's kind of funny in a way.
You've annoyed someone that much.
there's apathy's upsetting isn't it yeah yeah yeah if it's someone's like meh then that's i think more upsetting than what you're saying and i actually agree with david sometimes i look at those one star reviews or someone's just completely venting and it's like i don't know there's something not comforting but in some way yeah god i thought it's like i guess it's a bit yeah
No, it's not nonsense.
That's the epiphany.
Once you get your head around that, it's actually quite a moment because you realize that this is the way you're supposed to feel.
And a lot of people struggle with this kind of feeling and never enough as if that's my fault.
There's something I can't snap out of.
There must be something wrong with me.
um when in actual fact that's just the way the world works you're supposed to feel those things because you're supposed to consume and in order to uh finance that consumption um you take on that increasingly but also you're gonna need to work uh and so this is the hamster wheel that we're all on do we need unhappiness for that to work basically
Possibly unhappiness, certainly discontent.
Like there has to be, you have to be constantly questioning your existing life circumstances.
Like at this moment in time, there is something I need over it be a material product and maybe it'd be a service, whether it be this moment in time, new front door.
But I think that's you pursuing, I guess, like your, your passion is scratching that, that itch that I guess had been in the background about expressing that creativity through comedy and that being something that's very important and meaningful to you.
And I think that, that is, that's the, I think that's the crux of happiness is, is pursuing our own talents and our own skills and being able to do that.
Right.
