Yeah, I mean, I think the route probably is going to be whether it's an actual three-teamer or a sequence of two trades where the Red Wings probably reroute whatever they get back from a contender to get a center that can fill at least some version of what Larkin gave them previously.
And so I imagine that's what they're going to try to do and whether it's
an anaheim for example or a team like that that has some young players potentially like they'll probably reroute those guys i think that's the most logical outcome here as opposed to i know everyone's kind of wish casting the minnesota fit but i just don't really see the reason why detroit would do that beyond dylan larkin wanting to go there they're not really obligated to fulfill that wish at this point mitchkov and center no i think i think the red wings need to do
I do think, though, if Larkin had been better post-Olympics last year and he got hurt, which is a big reason for it, this probably never would have happened because they would have made the playoffs and everyone would have been happy.
But because of his underwhelming production, they missed, and now all of a sudden this is a big issue.
