Yeah, I think doing this work, we get into so many deep topics with the people we meet with. I guess it makes sense that also like bonds our team and bonds us to the people that we work with. The survivors and their privacy and the honor that we get and all the things that we work on, we uphold that with the most seriousness. I think all of our personalities, we have a very like, when it's time to get to work, let's get to work.
