I've been hammering on this.
Athletic department's got to get away from the good old boys.
You've got to find the young entrepreneurial brains that can raise money, aren't fearful of trying different things, and are aggressive.
There's a guy in the athletic department named Josh McCown.
I've known him since he was a student manager for Huggins & Martin, and he's in charge of fundraising.
Everyone's pointing to him.
I think he's incredibly sharp and has that great mix of,
being aggressive in dealing with people and getting out there and not shying away from things and also being very personable and likable.
So I think that would be my guess, but you just look around college athletics, maybe one of the guys that is a K-Stater, like an Eric Harper at UNLV, there's a guy at Missouri and a guy at Tech.
I mean, there's a lot of K-Staters that are athletic directors right now.
That's a great question.
I bet you he'll be a sixth or seventh-round flyer if he has a good season.
He just doesn't have the physical dimensions you want out of an NFL quarterback.
Why would I do that when I can attend one in bar person?
You know, the tickets are very reasonable.
