Is that true even?

It seems telling, I think, that he is kind of laying the groundwork for this intra-party squabble and giving himself some cover if he wants to criticize the deal.

I'm not criticizing Mr. Trump, of course, who is brilliant this whole way, but he might have put the wrong guy in charge of this deal.
