Hiring people can be hard for me.

It's just not my favorite part of the process.

But one thing I know I'm always looking for and one thing I'm always telling college kids I'm talking to when they're going out there to interview is somebody who's really excited for the job.

Everybody's looking for an interviewee that is thrilled about what they're trying to do because you know they're going to work harder.

It's true for us.

It's true for me.

I'm working harder when I know that the podcast is going to be fun.

I'm working hard every day.

You guys know that.

But yeah, you know, there's that little extra zhuzh

If you know that you're excited about what you're doing.

So if you need to hire for your business, how can you separate the candidates who are really excited about your opportunity for the ones that are just kind of meh?
