Yeah, we found out last week that Arlington County police arrested Colin DeMarco on January 22nd after he allegedly attempted to murder Trump's OMB chief, Russell Vogt.
Authorities say DeMarco went as far as to show up outside Vogt's house in Virginia when DeMarco was caught on Vogt's Ring doorbell camera.
Prosecutors said DiMarco targeted vote in part because the defendant feared a fascist takeover of the U.S.
by the Trump administration.
A few days after we learned of DiMarco's arrest, news broke of another man who has been charged with attempting to kill Vice President J.D.
Vance.
Authorities arrested and charged Shannon Mather after he allegedly said, I am going to find out where he, meaning the vice president, is going to be and use my M-14 automatic gun to kill him.
Prosecutors also said he took concrete steps to carry out that threat.
Yeah, apparently all of them.
The president appears to be through with negotiations, at least as long as Iran is cracking down on protesters.
Trump posted on True Social yesterday that the killers and abusers in Iran will pay a big price.
He said he has canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the killing stops, and he urged protesters to take over institutions while suggesting that help will come soon.
He talked about that post yesterday afternoon in Michigan.
You're going to have to figure that one out.
I'm sorry.
He also recommended that any Americans currently in Iran should probably leave now.
That followed a government alert sent out Monday that advised U.S.
citizens should expect continued Internet outages, plan alternative means of communication, and if safe to do so, consider departing Iran by land to Armenia or Turkey.
Yeah, the Internet blackout over Iran has made it very difficult to get news from the ground.
One of the big questions is the number of people killed by Iranian forces over these protests.
