But part of the reason that the Post article said that we don't know how many of those are illegal is because of bad information sharing between the various local and federal agencies, I would guess. So it seems like the FHA may have a similar problem as public housing is that there's an information problem where you don't actually know, you can't tell if these people are illegal or not.
