If you have an argument with a player, not an argument, if you have a strong debate with a player and it's animated, is that a cause for, if you have three or four of those and players have three or four with their own teammates about it all, but it's proactive and it's constructive, is that cause for concern?

And can that be construed by a media contingent that can pick out edits of vision and all that sort of stuff and players waving their arm and all that sort of stuff?

Then they hear things about, as Damien says, a big boy conversation that might be strong and strongly worded, and that gets back to a person, and then they put all that together and go, no, this is not a happy footy club.

Is that how it could work?

Yeah, but does it have to result in there being an unhappy footy club?

But it can also.

Well, he did admit to some tension, but some normal tension, I think is what he's saying.

The normal tension of running an AFL footy club.

And when you are, you know, you're not at your absolute best, then that tension can sometimes manifest themselves.

But some are suggesting there's more.
