Do you think it is generally a good idea when you are at war with somebody to allow them to generate more revenue during the fight when you're battling with them by say selling oil that has been banned from sales for years?

I mean, for those of you who don't know, Donald Trump has now said he's going to allow Iran to sell their oil in order to up to $14 billion worth, I believe, in order to drop the price of oil globally, which I don't think is going to work.
