And so as a country, we got to tax on this side and we got to subsidize on this side and we got to support farmers more.

The processed food, really, and the farmers are being taxed.

There's an app I was told about that you pointed at the barcodes on things and it'll tell you whether it's healthy or not.
It's quite surprising what comes up.
I mean, some things that look quite healthy, you know, it gives a big red circle and things that,
maybe don't are okay so that level of information is not widely available either is it no and often you know you buy I don't know a garlic salt and then suddenly you look at it and there's sugar added in it why do you need sugar and garlic salt and so it's quite surprising once you start studying these labels
Yeah, years and years ago, my French friend was complaining about British mayonnaise having sugar in it.
I think he was onto something.
He was horrified.
But I promise you, they did the study in their lab and they realized the retention and frequency, shopping frequency is better if they secretly add sugar.
