Timo, you've described the business and
the service and the products you offer.
I mean, it's quite complex, it seems.
What are your key challenges?
What are the challenges you face at Gusto today?
I mean, we have huge opportunities, but from a challenger's perspective, look, cost of living crisis, UK economy is not fantastic.
Mortgage rates are not going down.
They're actually going up at the moment.
The Iran war is causing energy spikes.
And so we really care about how our customers are feeling and how they're doing.
And consumer confidence is fairly grim at the moment.
And so since the beginning of the cost of living crisis, we've kept inflation to 60% of what supermarkets pushed into customers.
And so in relative terms, Gusto has become more attractive to customers.
But it is our job and obligation to protect these families from price rises.
And so cost and price is really, really important to us.
And I know you like to source sort of locally produced food.
I mean, what's the situation in farming?
I mean, we hear that that's quite challenged too.
What's the situation that you're experiencing?
Yeah, I mean, farming is challenged.
