It's really frustrating when it goes full bore and it becomes, because sometimes I'll see a cocktail of true UTIs chronically with a woman and aggravating an underlying interstitial cystitis. And then it sort of loops and feeds forward. And so they'll get on a regimen of antibiotics that they feel like they constantly need.

Like that seems to, even in young women, I will put this out there and I don't know if you've seen that too, but even in women in their thirties, especially women who've lost a lot of weight and have gotten very lean all of a sudden and start complaining of you.

For sure. A hundred percent. Because if you don't, it'll keep coming back. Yeah. So what my one-two punch is a little oral methylene blue and a little topical estriol. And again, you're right. I mean, estriol is more predominant in women as they get older for sure.
