Find the person who you can bounce ideas off of that has like the faith and the trust and also the security.

Yes, this is a down moment, but that doesn't matter.

Like we will get back up and give you that kind of sense of security because of it.

So I think that's like my piece of advice is like expect the ups and downs, roll with them, but also find your community to be able to support you through it.
