From a technology perspective, it's been a challenge for sure.
But I think having great Silicon Valley tech folks who are here in the Bay Area who want to build great things has been a differentiator for us from the start.
Because we're not often competing against other Silicon Valley companies.
As Arjun mentioned, those folks are usually solving the problems right in front of them.
Those are professionals.
Thank you so much for having me.
We'll be right back.
So we've put serious muscle behind making sure that our automation engine, which processes millions of automations a second now, our core platform, which has hundreds and hundreds of thousands of users now, like that needs to stay up.
That needs to be at scale because people are not just relying on that for their business, but also for their livelihoods.
their pay, as Arjun's pointed out very acutely before.
So I think it's always been something we've had top of mind.
And to go back to the previous question about who we like to hire, like we have engineers who specifically raised their hands and said, we need to do this two week project to make sure that six months out like this is as rock solid as it can be.
So it's really cool to see folks raise their hand and do the work and focus on those things because they realize how critical it is to our customers.
I think as a founder, there's a really interesting dichotomy that you have to hold within you, almost schizophrenic.
You have to have this complete optimism about where the future is going and how to get there and a undenying pessimism about like where we are today.
So it's that push and that pull to get better and make the things you're building, the world itself better.
And so it's often hard, I think, for us to answer a question around what are we most proud of because that pessimism is naturally there.
even though it's driven and countered by the sheer optimism of the future too.
So it's almost like that, what have you done for me lately attitude.
As we sit here in the office and we look around, it's really exciting to see people who've bought into this culture.
