So it went from basically scheduling to all the in-between moments, that connective tissue that Arjun mentioned.
And then it started expanding as our customers naturally built things like ATS platforms, as they built incentive as an engagement, learning management systems.
And we continue to expand our scope across the employee lifecycle.
We both were product people, right?
By hearing so many use cases, we were able to understand what those building blocks would be and realize that even though each one of those companies did have a very unique workflow that helped them stand out, and if standing out is half the battle in recruiting these workers and retaining these workers, like TeamBridge enabled that.
But now we were able to see the similarities across industry.
Yes, like a football stadium needs to be able to incentivize someone to come back the next weekend for the next game.
But a nursing staffing agency has the same exact need.
They just might do it in a nuanced way specific to their brand, to their identity, and find what's most effective for them and their demographic.
You can't do something great if you're not passionate about it.
And you can't build for folks you don't understand unless you're willing to either jump in or you have firsthand experience.
I think me and Arjun used to talk about our first jobs.
Like I worked at In-N-Out, making fries, taking orders, cleaning the floor.
And a lot of the culture from there is what makes that company and that product great.
And working in service industry, working in healthcare, these are a magnitude above that even.
And I think that's really important for us to make sure that the folks who are here genuinely believe in the mission and want to bring that technology, that cutting edge, that bleeding edge technology to the folks who have never had it because they actually deserve and they actually need far better technology than we have.
It's great if we have a spreadsheet, we can do a lot with that.
But someone who's running around managing a thousand nurses at scale or managing a massive workforce or stadium, whatever it might be, they need actual tools that are better than what we get on a day-to-day basis and they deserve better.
So that's the exciting thing.
We want people here who also believe that.
