Also hard for a startup to ever say you did something wrong.
You're still standing and you're still alive and you raise the next round.
But I think you have to choose your customers wisely.
You have to choose the people who truly believe in that optimistic vision you're presenting.
And if you don't, like they're going to be a drain or a drag on your effectiveness and your speed and your velocity.
So I think it's just making sure that, yes, every customer is super exciting, but the ones who really drive you and will accelerate you are the ones that align with that vision.
The exciting thing is that key mission we've talked about a number of times.
How do you bring cutting edge technology to those who need it most?
And cutting edge doesn't mean benchmarking with what we have today.
It's purpose built for these frontline workers for a completely different way of working and for a future.
That enables the work to be the focus, not repetitive admin tasks, things that no person should be doing.
Those are soul sucking activities, doing payroll, doing timekeeping that should be automated so that your admins are actually focused on the flywheel.
What are the inputs to make this business go?
I think one of our customers even on a reference call said, as soon as I got Team Ridge, I was able to take my admins and put them on revenue generating activities rather than keeping the lights on.
And that's the truly exciting thing about where we are today and where we're going.
So from a product perspective, we're going to keep building like the primitives and the templates that unlock more use cases for our existing industries as we expand out.
and take on and learn from more and more industries and different types of work that is happening out there in the real world.
Now, this involves, of course, bringing some of the cutting edge AI into the space, because if you think about it, AI is actually more beneficial when you're talking about the scale of a thousand person workforce versus a five, 10 person workforce.
Me, Arjun, our team, ChachiBT, whatever it might be, can make us five, 10% more effective.
But imagine a world where now you can actually deploy AI across a massive workforce and give each one of them better access to tools, better access to their own data, better access to the features that they need most.
