So I'm super excited to bring more AI in, expand the platform horizontally across the employment stack as we learn from and make the platform better from these new industries

like events and venues, stadiums that are coming online here.

We've got some of the biggest names in the NHL, the NFL, the NBA, all already on the platform.

We're going to continue to expand that, which is super exciting.

I'll do what Arjun did and I'll have kind of two things.

The first one I would have to say is actually Arjun.

I think if you go back to the day we met, which was actually my Uber interview, Arjun comes back after the panel interview where you show off your portfolio and what you've done to date.

And he says he sits down with a sticky note in his hand and he says, I like you.

I'm going to give you a thumbs up.

I want you to work here.

I have one question.

And his question wasn't even an actual question.

It was just like something I said in the meeting.

He was like, hey, how do you know about that?

And he said, let's take a walk.

You've been in this stuffy room for too long.

Let's take a walk.

And I think from that moment on, we were very close.

We worked very closely together.

And I was coming in as someone who had never taken a design or a product course or any of that in my life.
