Like, and it's funny how hard this is for companies, because there's this sort of belief that, like, every company should be absolutely for everyone.
No, that's, like, not right.
Like, companies, we want diversity in companies.
We want there to be a company that's excellent for people that it's excellent for.
If you take everyone's favorite color and blend them together, you end up with mud brown, which no one likes.
And we have enough mud brown companies.
So some people want something different out of their career.
They want to work hard on worthwhile challenges for worthwhile people.
And I think the earlier, as you said, the more you heighten the misalignment with the people who just probably shouldn't be joining, the better things go.
And so it's actually an unkind lie
to obscure this, if those are the expectations.
