There's nothing else to be done.
What if you could still measure the returns of any experimental design that you ever did in the company, even if they're scaled up to 100%?
That is our concept of always-on measurement.
And I think it's quite a unique concept.
But you get the idea.
So there is a list of sequential components.
They require some buy-in from the customer.
So when you build these components, you better develop value proposition back to the customer that actually entices them to do what I ask you to do, which is not easy, right?
I ask you to do, damn it, stop experimentation on all the downstream platforms.
Don't do it.
We're going to offer you an experimentation service, which is better.
I better have good arguments for what better is.
And that's how we think about building the product.
It's a top-down process.
