The stadiums right now are owned by Jackson County, and they're handled by the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority.
This will be owned by Kansas City, Missouri, or some sort of a government entity that's Kansas City, Missouri.
Then the Royals will lease it
They'll have an agreement.
Hopefully it's not a dollar a year.
Hopefully it's it's something worthwhile.
And there will be some details there on maintenance, repair and operation, all those kind of things.
And then it sounds to me like the Royals aren't going to like you're not going to get on the Jackson County plat viewer in five years.
And the Kansas City Royals own all these buildings.
Maybe there'll be some new LLC or something that is the Royals and Crown Center, or maybe it'll all just be in some sort of partnership that it's a 60, 40, 70, 30, 80, 20, whatever the split is, you know, on.

So I kind of understand this.
And the Hall family, or whatever the name of their company is, Crown something.
Crown Development or whatever.
Yeah, they own the hotel.
Weston doesn't own that hotel.
They have a partnership with Weston.
