There's a weekly toll it takes physically, mentally having to play. Like, yes, you can see the strength of schedule and all that. But let's also look at like the strength of schedule gets knocked down because LSU winds up with that many losses. But you're still playing teams with all these players and all this talent week in and week out. And so just providing that perspective may help.

In the third or fourth ranking or the second to last ranking, maybe all of a sudden we see teams from the SEC where the schedule week in and week out is a lot more difficult and the gauntlet to get there is more difficult. Maybe we see them get the appropriate amount of credit for what they had to go through. That's my only point.

But without Jordan Tyson, their wide receiver, I don't think Arizona State has enough balance offensively.

I thought there was a difference, but I said on our show Saturday night, I have a greater level of appreciation for this Penn State team than I have had in the entire James Franklin era. And it's based... Not solely, but in large part due to how they hung with Oregon in that game.

I thought that they showed a lot of different things in that game that I didn't always feel like was the case with a James Franklin. James Franklin teams play the way they play in massive games, top five matchups, like they did against Ohio State. This was different against Oregon, I thought.
