Yeah, no, we're looking at all parts of the game.

We've just got to keep getting good talent in.

We've done pretty well in the draft with Tassie coming in.

We've probably had the most top 20 picks in the last five years of the draft in knowing that Tassie was coming in.

So draft's been pretty solid.

Free agents and trade is something we look at a lot.

You know, the back end of the ground, you mentioned those guys are getting a little bit older.

So we've got an eye on all that.

And, you know, hopefully if we get some stronger performance in this back half the year, players will start to see this as an exciting club to come to and they can see finals just around the corner.

No, we're excited.

As I said, the last two weeks we haven't been happy with.

We've had some steely conversations amongst the group around the last two weeks and we need to be better.

So I think they're coming in with the right attitude today.

I think the players, you know, I've just heard numerous players talk about how excited they are about being on the MCG.

You know, there's a few of the guys that haven't been here, haven't played here at all.

So it's like a dream come true.

So the motivation to play well here is going to be pretty strong.

Oh, well, there was lots of conversations and disappointment in the end.

Radio, I did a press the other day and spoke, we saw it as an apple, they saw it as an orange and just disappointed that we can't, we're missing probably our best small forward on the ground again for three weeks and we're just frustrated with that.
