Sounds like a Jets draft yeah yeah it's gotten better but but every time you want to like like this this week I was watching Ole Miss I'm not Ole Miss A&M LSU and Garrett Nussmeier I just love I still call it draft draft Twitter but draft X. It's like all of a sudden it was 17-7 and I'm going through the feed quickly because I'm getting ready for my first Saturday night show.
And it was like this orgy of draft geniuses on X, like clamoring over each other. Like, no, I had him first. No, he's my guy. No, I had him QB one four months ago. Meanwhile, he hadn't started – he started a bowl game last year. Right. So, like, it's just interesting to see. And remember, first half of Alabama – Georgia, it was like Jalen Milrow, QB1. I knew all along.

It's just funny in a year when you don't have Caleb Williams, and you don't have Jaden Daniels, and you don't have Drake May. How like everyone is so freaking eager to like tap on that shoulder and be like, he's my guy. He's mine.

And everyone wants to dislike him because his dad's going to block him from going to Carolina and a handful of other places that he potentially could go, however that all plays out. But Shador Sanders, after that Nebraska pick six and that tape, has been absolutely lights out.

They're protecting him a little bit better, which is it's hard to protect him any worse than they were early in the season. But every game he's gotten better, more confident, playing within structure. He's the best pure passer in this class. I know he's not overly mobile. He extends plays, but he is not a guy that threatens you with his legs to run.

But I think from an NFL passing perspective, he has the most tools to work with. Cam Ward is exceptional. His, his gift, like his tools, his, his escapability, his arm. Like, I don't know if you guys saw a couple of weeks ago, like that throw 42, 48 yards back to the end zone. Yes. Unbelievable. Right. Yeah.

So to see the strides he's made in just over a year, really one year from that point, and to see where he is now and to see him have that first half against Georgia, there's a lot to be excited about. And his ability to run is second to none in this class. But I think he could use another year. I don't know if he'll wind up doing that or not.

It depends on how he finishes the season, what happens in the SEC championship game if they're in it, what happens in the playoff if they're in it. And if you finish finishes great, then yeah, he'll probably get a late first round grade and go somewhere in the middle of the first round because a team is going to bet on the upside.
