Knowing what you know now, what would you tell the 2024 spec Ayo Komatsu in terms of everything you've learned about being a team principal, working with Gene Haas, getting the maximum out of the team?

Is there one thing that you would advise that person of two years ago?

And how important was it that you got him to drive a TPC car at Goodwood last year?

Did that change his attitude towards you, towards the team, towards Formula One?
