They're resourceful.
They'll find a way to win.
The problem is the people that are like, oh, my God, what's going to happen?
We're all going to be replaced.
What about this?
What about that?
No.
Use that energy to find a way to become irreplaceable.
Use that energy to find a way to become so valuable for the company.
Use that energy to improve yourself and sit there and say, what if we do this and what if we do that?
That opportunity is on the individual to improve.
That's my opinion.
I've got some major thoughts on this.
