Guess what? Bad policies have consequences. And New York's bad policies, even people that do not want to move from the New York area, they move to Westchester. They move to Long Island. So they're outside of New York City. The issue here is New York City. It's not New Yorkers. It's not people in the Northeast. It's not businesses in the Northeast. It's NYC, New York City's management.

Guess what? Bad policies have consequences. And New York's bad policies, even people that do not want to move from the New York area, they move to Westchester. They move to Long Island.
