It's just good development for the young guys.

And Taj Hodden interviewed Dustin.

And it was a quick conversation.

It was just 15 minutes.

But Dustin was awesome.

He just spoke about sort of the journey and...

ways he got better and it took him a while to get to know how to be the best player and as evolution you go through and I really a lot of things we've been trying to tell the young guys but it's it's like your parents tell you something you don't listen to them but it doesn't come in and they're all eyes and they're all really keen to hear so yeah it was really just rammed home a lot of things we've been trying to enforce the young group

Yeah, so it was Dimmer's first year.

So obviously Dimmer didn't win till round 10.

So the young boys were pretty shocked that that happened.
