Once I started making it, I couldn't believe because I would shop for my family all the time and thinking I was getting them nice bread because of the, you know, the wooden β
logo, you know, and it looked like it was carved in country and then 50 ingredients.
And then when I started baking bread, it was like, oh, this is, it's like when you travel and you eat a real piece of fruit someplace, you know, if you go to the islands or something, you're like, oh, my, this is... You don't want to eat it anymore.
This is not what's in my supermarket.
It was the same kind of thing of just eating this real bread.
And there was just no going back.
It was just, but the thing, you know, as I've been doing it and it's just kind of grown and people started knowing me for bread and this podcast, I just, I just, I can't, I don't really truly understand how it's taken over my life.
There's something mystical to it, the power of that.
But on a business sense,
People are always like, would you sell your bread?
And I'm like, it's bread.
I'm not selling bread.
It's hard to do that, but you've kind of cracked it.
You took a slice.
That's amazing.
That's whole wheat, and that's really, really good.
That's so funny.
I've done this on my podcast.
It's the only bread I have in the house.
