It's the age-old problem, Albert.
You can't sack 42 of them, so inevitably it falls back to the coach, and the coaches know that.
They understand that it starts and stops with them.
Yeah, well, part of the game plan stacks up, but the most important part isn't stacking up, and that is the ability to finish what you start, and that's been an issue for the Blues for a while.
So part of the reason he will be no longer there, Michael Voss.
You have the same view, though, that the coach has to take responsibility for everything that goes on out there, don't they?
Yeah, no, of course they do.
The buck has to stop with the coach.
Now, obviously, there are deeper problems at Carlton than just the coach.

And they're going to have to address those, and it looks like they're on the move again.
I can't for the life of me believe, though, that this hasn't all been going on behind the scenes for the last 12 months under Graham Wright.
Like, it was never just about Michael Voss, the coach.
It was about him rebuilding the whole football department and the culture of the Carlton Football Club as well.
So you'd hope to... I would think if I'm a Carlton fan right now, I would like to think that we are not resetting now.
We are actually already 12 months... Well, in the time that Graham Wright's been there...
