$100 million because he's going to develop Belize and build this amazing community.

None of the investors knew that Andy had a prior fraud conviction back in the year 2003 relating to a scam called Ameridet, which is another reason why he dumped the pukey name and became Mark Romeo and Andy Storm.

So they say a zebra never changes his stripes, and neither did Andy.

The entire sanctuary Belize concept was nonsense.

It was all smoke and mirrors.

He didn't even own the land to develop.

It was just an idea that existed solely between his ears.

I guess at some point, though, he had some plot of land that he didn't own, that he was involved in developing.

It was half-assed, saddled in debt.

And so he steals $10 million from investor deposits from this $100 million to build his own waterfront home.

But he doesn't even build it in Belize.

He builds it in the Bahamas.

Okay.

So he takes $10 million off the top to build a house in the Bahamas for himself.
