His name is Teddy Miller.
He's 34 years old.
And he portrayed himself on social media as a multi-million dollar real estate mogul who was taking West Virginia by storm.
He gave himself the nickname the Wolf of West Virginia.
Evidently forgetting how that movie ended.
I was going to say, as a fraudster, he was on point.
He was offering high-yield investments in a real estate fund where he was going to be rehabbing and developing residential properties in West Virginia.
And he was guaranteeing people risk-free returns, Matt Cox.
Fraud.
with returns as high as 20% and a turnaround time of 60 days.
