Remember, he is actually downloading pictures of child abuse materials to create these bespoke pictures.

So I think you and I, when I first heard this story, you're getting hung up on the idea that, well, no one is really harmed, the pictures are fake, but he's actually doing just what everyone else does, who downloads child exploitation materials and is caught with them on their computers.

Yeah, which is like just possession, right?

I have no information that he shared these things anywhere.

That was not part of the case.

No, well, okay, he was charged with possession and transportation of child abuse materials, but the transportation may have simply been the downloading of it from some server out there in the internet into his home.

I have no information that he was going on the web and trading it.

That was not part of any of the court documents that I reviewed in this case.

Let's agree with that.

That whatever he's doing is not as bad as him actually grabbing a child and abusing them personally.

But what do you think of the prosecutor's argument, though, that he truly is victimizing these 60 children or however many kids there were, the real-life kids whose faces now exist out there in the universe on child exploitation?
