That's the one thing that you always take with you.

I did a program called Brand You, like Y-O-U, and it has to do with how we represent ourselves on social media.

And you put a footprint out there and it follows you the rest of your life.

I've just been blessed to follow in the footsteps of somebody whose brand is integrity.

Well, it's pretty simple.

We get leads from all different sources.

The primary source, believe it or not, is Facebook.

So we have almost 4 million fans on our Facebook page.

And now we direct them specifically to another site called the Ziegler Vault.

And on the Ziegler Vault, we have articles that give a lot of content, a lot of value.

You can actually get far more than just a quote poster there.

And then the next step that we take them to is our Ziegler Show podcast.

And the podcast is blowing us away.

It's now in the top 100 of all podcasts in the U.S.,

So it's just amazing.

And this is the thing that happens with podcasts is without even realizing it, you're building relationships.

I remember people would come to me through the years and especially after dad passed away.

And they'd look at me with tears in their eyes and they would say, I'm so sorry that you lost your father.

And I could tell the way they were telling me.
