I think, and this is only my personal opinion and it could be very wrong and it could be contradicted and I'd be open to that.

I think you need athletes around the middle of the park.
You need players who can get up and down the field.
So if you have the bulkier players...
You're going to have to have a specific role for them and they can only mark certain types of players.
You're not going to be able to play them in the same role every single game because they might come across somebody they mightn't be able to handle.
So what you're trying to create is somebody who is flexible and adaptable and flexible.
But to do that, you need to have pace, you need to have strength, athleticism, and they are the main ingredients that intercounty... That's what the Aussies are looking for.
That's what they're looking for.
It's pace is number one.
And that's slowly what we are looking for as well.
