And once you get a move in, you start realizing their their their brains are ready to ready to learn, ready to be active, ready to participate.
And last year, when Charlie had passed and two weeks later, they started the season, the first home game, the team decided to dedicate it as Bubba's youth night.
And so that was the first iteration of Charlie's impact in our world post-death.
And that night, we had an enormous amount of attendance.
A lot of local families came in with their kids.
It was free entry for anyone eighth grade or under.
A huge number of people attended this women's basketball game.
At the completion of this past year and the start of the season, we decided to do Bubba's Youth Day.
So another iteration of this, but instead of it just being the basketball game, we thought, you know what, let's again dream big.
And if we have the opportunity here, maybe we can work with UW Lacrosse Athletics, who has this huge multi-court field house, and maybe we can do an indoor carnival in the winter.
We ended up finding the perfect partner to work with youth access to sports in the area.
It's called the Rising Athletes Organization.
And what they do is they essentially figure out ways to get kids into sports.
And they have to work around some of the interscholastic high school rules and make sure that they're following all those standards and guidelines.
A mobile health exam for kids who are participating in sports that don't have access to physicians or pediatrics to have that opportunity for that health examination.
