On bikes that are not safe, we're in very little gear, if any, whereas with us, it is full motocross from the start, neck braces, full PPE, full training, and absolutely perfect maintained motorcycles, which they are involved in the maintaining of and the service of.
There's a gym program where the motocross industry has got probably some of the most elite athletes in the country because you have to be really fit and really strong to ride motocross.
So there's gym, healthy eating, nutrition, first aid, first bike on scene, which is a set of life-saving skills at a motorcycle accident.
And we have actually developed first bike on scene off-road, which doesn't exist anymore.
and it has gone to Wales to get sanctioned for certification, and we'll be rolling that out in our base here as well.
Well, the kids no longer have motorcycles in the community.
They are actually the first wave that have come through the programme are now all in employment because they have to be compliant.
And once they start being compliant on the motocross track, they realize that compliance leads to acceptance into RSA.
Now they're getting their road license in.
Now we have IBT here as well, which is initial basic training for motorcycles.
So there's a pathway to get their on-road motorcycle license.
And we have two ADI driving instructors and a car here as well.
So they filter in to become an RSA compliant.
get the road licenses, and they no longer need to wear balaclavas when they're out.
So absolutely transformative.
And the bikes are the carrot, but it's the catalyst in which we use to make all these changes for the young people.
