Yeah, I think it's, it's interesting because I think the two guys you didn't, or one guy you didn't mention there is Malte Gustafson.
In my opinion is maybe the best all around defenseman in this draft class.
I think he's already played such a big role at the SHL level, been really, really good against men and,
um smiths is obviously this like ball of clay that you wish you could mold like any team can be so excited stoked to get him in their system you have verhoff who's been the guy for so long carol's who's risen up the board all season long and i think for him for me he's kind of the guy i'm a little bit wary about when i watch him and i look at his production i'm like these don't really match up perfectly um but again like like malhotra he's a very good player so
you're going to get a really good player out of him.
And then there's Reid, who everyone seems to be falling in love with Reid in the second half of the year.
I think a couple games with the World Juniors did him a really solid.
So it's a good draft class for defensemen.
I think you got those guys, you're going to get a William Hoganson or an Adam Golier or someone that surprises that also gets drafted in that range too.
But there's a lot of really good defensemen.
And I think 3-20 or 3-17 is probably a good range for those guys.
I think the fact that you brought up Carl's there was maybe the most interesting part of that for me, because I think that's probably where Reed's production is at is probably a little bit more realistic for where Carl's should have been.
He's gotten some fortunate bounces, obviously nothing not to take away from the kid.
But I think the difference between those two specifically is I think Reed has a little bit more dynamism.
He has a little bit more East West shimmy and shake to his game.
