a team's going to fall in love with that pretty easily.
And they're going to boost them up the board and they're going to put them at third, fourth, fifth overall.
And then when he ends up being a really solid NHL, but you see guys that were drafted well after him, maybe producing more, maybe having a bit more of an impact, you might have a little bit of buyer's remorse, but you're going to get a really good player regardless.
So I think he's kind of the guy that sticks out for me, at least in the OHL, because I see him so much.
I think the Rock Twins kind of get a little bit of that as well.
JP Hurlburt's another guy that stands out.
So it's not like it's just a couple of guys.
Yeah, it's easy for me in my position that doesn't work for an NHL team to be like, you know what?
But when you're working for a team and your contract's two years and you know that if you mess up in this draft, you're not getting an extension, you go and get the guy that's going to play games and make you look good.
Whether or not you drafted the kid that was fantastic three, four years after he was drafted, it doesn't matter.
You're probably out of a job by then in the NHL.
So I get the understanding of needing to draft a guy that is going to make an impact and going to be kind of a guy right away or close to right away.
