While walking along a canal, my wife's friend who lives in Italy pointed out a restaurant called the Old Wild West.

She simply described it as Italy's response to Olive Garden.

A quick scan of their menu shows such American classics as Tennessee chicken, a New York smash burger, and personal favorite, the Alabama veggie burger.
