There was a destruction of these microbes.
The first question to ask yourself is, you've been doing ultra-processed foods.
Are you doing the wrong oils?
Get off those oils.
Increase your diversity of vegetables and fruits and feed those microbes.
Go into the Yerba Mata.
Use more.
I even saw a study that showed the order in which you eat food
can affect the microbes that make GLP-1.
Protein first, fiber second, and then carbohydrates.
So if you're going to do pasta or bread, that should be the last thing you eat.
Even a sweet potato, which I love dearly.
