I'm going to get up in the morning.
I surf at 7.30 in the morning.
I'm going to do a Stacy, let's just call it Stacy Sims coffee before I go and surf.
And then when I come home, I'm going to power up on protein again.
Strangely, the beginning of learning the sport, I started carb craving for the first time.
All I wanted was carbs.
So I would have a huge breakfast at 10 o'clock in the morning.
Something I've never done.
When I wasn't surfing and I wasn't trying this new activity, I would have the coffee I told you, black coffee with MCT oil and my first meal would be at two.
But I started surfing.
So now I had to adjust my window.
I had to make sure I powered up on protein.
If I don't power up on protein the night before, then I don't feel like I have as much oomph in the water the next day.
Yeah.
If I don't put collagen and creatine in my coffee in the morning, don't have as much oomph.
So I rearranged my fasting behaviors to meet this new sport that I was learning.
On the endurance ones.
But so then let's use like, you know, again, I want people to see they're all tools.
Yeah, exactly.
And Stacey and I just laughed when I brought her on my podcast.
