Maybe your diet's working for weight loss, energy, fitness, but if you're doing the same foods, you're not giving the foods the microbes that make serotonin.
So all of a sudden depression could kick in or anxiety could kick in.

So just open up your fruits and vegetables.

I'm not saying start eating like going into bread because I know like for some people that can be like a slippery slope.
What I'm saying is stop eating the same stuff over and over again because this monoculture is going to have over the long haul is going to have a really gnarly impact on both your physical and mental health.
