Like, so, I went on that rant to go on this one.
The 1911, I feel, and this is the reason I feel it, is a good beginner's gun.
If the beginner maintains the gun, I didn't say someone who was a fucking savage.
It's not something you give to recruits that come from a village and don't know how to frigging clean guns.
But if you're a 35 year old man getting your first gun and you feel like you need to have a safety and a safety has to have a safety.
And the safety safety has to have a safety.
A 1911 is a good one because you can see the hammer's cock, but you can see you flip the safety up and you know, unless you grip the grip safety, the gun is not going to go bang ever.
And it has a great trigger.
Yeah.
It makes it easy to shoot well.
And you get one that works.
Exactly.
So it's like, why do I say that?
I say, if you get a government model, five inch barreled, nine millimeter 1911 from someone like PTHOTS,
Change out a couple of parts because I've been watching this dude that talks about some of the parts that you can change out and make it even better for less than $100.
So, strings and stuff.
No, no, no, no.
You got to learn it anyway.
You got to learn the gun anyway.
Mike, Mike over at Gideon.
